Our Staff
David Marsh  
A lifelong resident of Troy Township, Dave is a graduate of both Bowling Green State University and Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. He has served as a funeral director for over 30 years, and is recognized by Who's Who in America. He is a member of Faith Methodist Church, as well as a member of the N.F.D.A., the O.F.D.A., the Ohio Embalmer's Association, Kiwanis, and local Masonic Lodge.

Dave is glad his profession offers the opportunity to serve the families of his community. In his spare time he enjoys restoring old cars, and he is a sports car enthusiast. Dave and his wife Fran have one daughter, Ashley.



Rhonda Rae (Delphous) Bliss  
Rhonda has been planning funerals in advance since 1995. She graduated from Penta County Vocational School in Banking, Insurance, & Travel. Prior to working in the funeral industry, she worked in the Banking and Finance industry. Originally from the Latcha area, Rhonda's family - the Sundermeiers, the Bahnsens, the Phillips, and the Delphous Families - are all familiar names within our community.

Rhonda is responsible for Monument and Marker sales and our Aftercare program. Her main responsibility is Pre-planning funerals; she carries an Insurance License with the State of Ohio to assist families who choose to prepay their funeral expenses in advance. She is also a Notary Public and handles most of our own insurance claims for our families. Rhonda has two children of her own and has been providing foster care for many children since 1996.


Fran Marsh  
A native of the Fremont area, Fran is a graduate of Fremont Ross High School and the Flower Hospital School of Nursing. She served for over 20 years as a Registered Nurse at Flower Hospital.

Fran also served a two year Funeral Director Apprenticeship and became a Licensed Funeral Director in 1989. Fran and her husband Dave have one daughter, Ashley.




Robert J. Geiger  
A graduate of Liberty Center High School, Robert received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Defiance College. After receiving his Masters Degree in Education from Bowling Green State University, Bob taught mathematics and science in Ohio public schools for 31 years, 29 of which were spent in the Eastwood School District.

He retired from teaching in 1995 and served a two year Funeral Director Apprenticeship with Marsh Funeral Homes, receiving his Funeral Director's License in 1998. He is a member of Perrysburg Alliance Church. Bob and his wife Marilyn have a son, Greg, and a daughter, Robyn.



Stefanie Gottschalk  
A resident of Luckey, Ohio, Stefanie is a graduate of Eastwood High School in 1988. Stefanie has worked for the Marsh Funeral Home for over 7 years as a Secretary/Office Assistant. She also graduated from Cosmetology School in 1990 with a Manager’s Degree in the State of Ohio.  She still keeps her license current.

She is active with the Troy Twp. Fire Department Auxiliary. Stefanie and her husband, Todd, have one child, Daniel.
